It required stable, high-capacity and low-latency connectivity across multiple locations spanning a wide geographic area, including hospitals, imaging centers, primary care groups and its DR data center in West Virginia.

Segra also converted the existing PRI voice circuits to SIP and transitioned the Layer 2 network connections to Layer 3 (VPRN).
